WE, the undersigned, are signing, this Petition, because this shall determine the fates, of thousands, of this City, low-income, Families, lives, and heath's, and why we demand, that you prevent, by investigating, this City Government.
The United States, Census Bureau, conducts surveys, and one, survey, determines, the population of Cities, low-income, and homeless, that determines, how much money the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) distributes, yearly, to these City Governments.
These HUD funds are to be used to provide, maintain, for this City, low-income, HUD subsidized, Housing Projects, and for at least, eight-thousand, for this City, low-income, HUD Section 8 Choice Voucher, rents assistance, Families, healthy, habitable, apartments, and to provide, shelter, for the homeless.
Ever since eighteen, years, ago, when this City, hired, this City, Housing Authority, Director, who is entrusted, to distribute, at least, $20 million dollars, yearly, is criminally corrupt, and with these needed, Departments, bribed, organized crime members, are profiting, by stealing, all of these HUD funds.
To profit, caused, these City, HUD subsidized, Housing Projects, to become, unhealthy, uninhabitable, condemning, Slums.
To profit, caused, thousands, of these low-income, HUD section 8 Choice Voucher, rents assistance, recipients, Families, apartments, to be unhealthy, inhabitable.
To profit, knowingly, purposely, placing, leasing, expose, to poison, into, all of these concealed, vacated, vacant, apartments, purposely, causing, permanent, irreparable, disabling, physical, mental, health harms, and killing them.
To profit, purposely, causing, tens-of-thousands, of these, surviving, past, present, future, low-income, Families, not to be educable, productive, self-reliant, self-sufficient, financially independent, forcing, many to be criminalized, to purposely cause them to remain, poor.
To profit, purposely, forcing, thousands, of these sickened, surviving, low-income, Families, to vacate, break their leases, court evicted, homeless, to cause them to remain, poor.
To profit, fraudulently, awarding. all of these criminally corrupt, for-profit, Slumlords, Property Manager, with these non-profit, HUD. Emergency Shelter Homeless, Grants.
To profit, causing, thousands, of these past, present, future, low-income, Families, to these never-ending, vicious, cycles, of atrocities, wanton, felonious, endangerment's, wanton, felonious, reckless homicides, crimes against humanity, grievous injustices, social injustices, 1st Amendment, Civil, Human, Rights, violations.

Because both are stealing, HUD funds, by causing, all of these surviving, not to be educable, productive, self-reliant, financially independent, cause, to remain, poor.
Who both of States, and HUD, audited, evidenced, both are not holding, no one accountable, not prosecuting, and are as guilty.
