Fort Thomas Kentucky Residents Support Building a Community Swimming Pool

The residents of Fort Thomas' swimming pool needs are currently serviced by the YMCA, the Highland Country Club and two private swim clubs. There are waiting lists for all of these facilities except for the YMCA. The waiting list for the Ft Thomas Swim Club is over 600 families and takes at least 10 years of waiting to get a membership. Fort Thomas is a very special town where people live together, play together and work together. The streets are filled with bikers, walkers, strollers, dog walkers, etc. Fort Thomas residents want and would support a community swimming pool facility in a location where people can walk or ride their bikes and where kids can go to play with their friends and neighbors and family can visit with neighbors and family.
