Demand Air Conditioning for All Fordham University Dormitories

The incessant heat in New York City as of late has brought to light a startling inequality among Fordham Dormitories, being that Alumni Court South and Loshcert Hall are not equipped with any kind of air conditioning. These dorms as a result have become extremely hot. Students in Alumni Court South and Loshcert Hall pay the same base rate for tuition and housing as all other students. Therefore, the students that live in these buildings deserve habitable conditions to live, sleep, and study, just like residents in any other building on campus. Signatures on this petition are representative of students who are unhappy with the lack of air conditioning in their room and who want their voice to be heard.
