Browns Backers Worldwide members. Michele DeScoli, our President, has had her position eliminated by the Cleveland Browns. Michele has not only been our leader for the last 3 years, to many of us, she has become an invaluable resource and good friend. Under her leadership the BBW has flourished and reached record levels in membership, community service and charitable fundraising. Please sign this petition to show Mr Haslam that we want Michele to remain our President, or at least kept on the Browns staff in some capacity. She is a huge resource and is one of us.
Sally and I spoke w/ the Browns front office for about 40 minutes, and they assured us they are looking for a position within the organization to transition Michele to. The decision to eliminate Michele's position is a done deal. So at this point we need to shift our focus to trying to convince them to relocate her within the organization, and keep her as an in-house resource.
They reassured us that services for the chapters would remain at the current level and most probably improve through the use of new technologies. This is a new ownership group, and we will take their word and hold them accountable for "walking the walk". "It's a rebuilding process" got old a long time ago.
By signing this petition you are thanking and supporting Michele and telling the Browns that we as fans, ticket holders, and buyers of over priced beer, want Michele to remain on the staff of the Cleveland Browns.
