Send The Honorable? Judge Lanny Moriarty to Jail

1) Judge Lanny Moriarty has been fined by the Texas Ethics Commission for ethics violations

2) Judge Moriarty denied an honor student the right to a trial jury, refused to listen to all the evidence and rather than help her cope with an already heavy schedule, anti-ethically put her in jail for doing the right thing.

3) Judge Moriarty should resign effective immediately 

4)Montgomery County, Texas District Attorney is hereby called on to prosecute Judge Moriarty for willful abuse of power.
