Demand an end to cruel contest of killing Cownose Rays in Chesapeake Bay !

Cownose Rays are senselessly being killed in a contest in Chesapeake Bay. There is a prize for the highest weight which has the contestants shooting pregnant Cownose Rays while they are on the surface, mating or birthing. The pregnant females are prized due to the added weight of the baby Rays they are carrying.

There appears to be another petition about this subject with many more signatures than the 315 signers of this petition. I suggest you search for this other petition and sign it. Sorry, but I don't have a link to the other petition. Thank you to those who signed my petition.
