STOP THE KILLING OF HOMELESS ANIMALS IN MASSACHUSETTS SHELTERS!

  • by: Rosemarie Hollandsworth
  • recipient: Join us in petitioning the state of Massachusetts in passing The Companion Animal Protection Act which wiil end the senseless killing of homeless animals in shelters unless they are deemed viscous or hopelessly ill.
Our Massachusetts shelter system is broken. Too many healthy and adoptable animals are needlessly killed with little or no justification. CAPA-MA will insure each homeless animal will have the right to live and given every opportunity to be adopted into a loving home. CAPA-MA will enact four mandates to increase the save rates in all public and private shelters throughout the state. Sign this petition as proof to our state legislatures we care about our shelter animals.
MA citizens have the power to change the law through a CITIZEN'S INITIATIVE PETITION. Register at www.capama.org. and join our mission. Petitioning must be witnessed and takes place Sept., 2015 so we can become a BALLOT QUESTION in 2016. WE NEED YOUR HELP.
