IMVU wrongfully banning people

this is a petition against imvu u use all of your hard earned money and throw throw life into it and then the next day you find your account banned what i would like to happen is imvu not punish people unfairly and actually help the community instead of getting rid of good users and that they get to the root of the issue through tighter security instead of getting rid of the wrong people how about they actually get rid of the hackers
