Protect the Dolphins & Raise Awareness

All around the world, dolphins are being brutally slaughtered.
Dolphins are fun friendly smart innocent playful creatures, and people are killing them for sport.
This is an outrage. I say that the government should protect dolphins more and inflict a harsher punishment on anyone who kills these creatures
