Name the Tennis Complex In Honor of John Messick

I have known John Messick since his arrival in Fort Collins. He has been an ICON to this tennis community, dedicating his time and talents to coaching USTA Tennis Teams and programs, as well as taking a little known and non funded tennis program at CSU to a notable program which not only provide significant notice to CSU but to many young and talented girls to come to Fort Collins to attend CSU. No one knows for sure how many of these young people decide to stay in Fort Collins and provide their talents and services to the community long after their graduations. I was one of those young people who came to CSU and Fort Collins, stayed, raised a family whose family all attended CSU and whose children have graduated from CSU. I and my family provide more than 40 homes to others in Fort Collins and feels we have made a difference. John Messick has brought significant and numerous young people, who have stayed and whose families have contributed to the betterment of not only CSU but to Fort Collins and Colorado.
