Make This Sex Offender Pay for Torturing a Helpless Cat

Scott Rush AKA Antonio Kidd- a registered sex offender- was arrested on felony animal cruelty charges in St. Petersburg, Florida on 01/09/2019. He threw a cat locked in a cat carrier into a water filled ditch. He then retrieved the carrier, removed the cat, and started to kick and beat it. The cat eventually managed to escape and run under a dumpster. He is now being cared for by Pinellas County Humane Society. This man has already hurt humans and animals alike, and he has done jail time for it. He has obviously not learned his lesson, and he should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. By signing this petition, we are letting authorities know that we will not tolerate people/animal abusers. Thank you.
