You cannot build a superstructure on a cracked foundation

War, terror, inequality, conflicts and international crises like refugees, global warming and international wars just around the corner.
That is how our world currently looks like and our global community of the UNO is not capable to execute suitable measures to counter these problems, due to multiple flaws in their Charta, the lack of executive power and an unwillingness of countries to participate.
Therefore they are not able to fulfill their goals, mentioned in their Charta:
maintain international peace and security Chapter I §1.1.
develop friendly relations among nations Chapter I §1.2.
achieve international co-operation in solving international problems Chapter I §1.3.
As well as implement the universal human rights in every country, as seen in countries that discriminate woman, religious parties and other minorities or majorities.
To achieve this original goal, I feel like the only way of achieving this is a restructuring of the UN, to ensure no country is in a position of higher power than others and therefore cannot exploit such a position. Furthermore additional measures should be implemented to ensure scientific facts and possible solutions to the problems are recognized and funded. To resolve this, we need a restructuration of parts of the UNO to ensure that any decision made is that of a global community, aided by international experts in the debated topics and not of a single county, planted in a position of power.
To accomplish this, I have a few ideas that the global community may use as a base for the restructuring of the UNO such as, but not limited to changing the UNSC to a more democratic and independent council, adding scientific representatives to meetings and councils, debating issues of global petitions as a means of direct democracy and implementing a new supranational armed forces group to sustain world peace and deescalate conflicts.
Any recommendations that are feasible and add to the result may and should be added and sent to me by the global community. In the end I hope to remodel the UN with global experts to create a sustainable foundation for a new world.
