Approval of automated vehicles for public transportation and private transportation needs.

Today vehicles are becoming incrementally more and more autonomous — they can stay between lanes, maintain safe distance from cars ahead, park themselves, even un-park themselves. Obviously, when your car can drive itself, you can sit back and watch videos, eat a nice meal with a knife and fork, or work on your big presentation for a meeting during the ride.

But there are lots of other ways in which driverless vehicles could change far more than your own driving experience, experts say they could have a huge effect on the design of our cities and the way we live.

Here are a few examples:
1. Transit connections will be more convenient
2. Cities won't waste space on parking
3. No one will need to own a car
4. They could end traffic congestion

Many cities have been testing and already implementing automated vehicles for transit, we need this change to improve many aspects of BC life.

We the people of British Columbia petition the province to implement the use of automated vehicles for public and privatized use. These changes should be focused on transit, taxi's and other forms of transportation and delivery methods.

We demand that the Provincial Government make changes to these area's in a timely manner to improve our daily commute and lives.
