Reinstate POUND HOUNDS RESQ to save animals from the NYACC.

Pound Hounds ResQ was suspended from saving animals from the NYCACC - the municipal kill shelter - back in October 2016, because they were the victims of online bullying and malicious rumors that resulted in many erroneous complaints to the ACC. Despite a lack of proof, PHR has saved hundreds of animals and placed them in great foster and forever homes. Unfortunately in rescue, it's not about saving animals, but about egos. This rescue needs to be reinstated ASAP as too many animals are dying.

There is no room in rescue for BLACKMAIL!
