An Associated Press investigation has revealed a potentially deadly health crisis facing water sport Olympic athletes! These world class athletes face exposure to raw sewage containing a myriad of viruses, human feces and garbage. The International Olympic Committee needs to order testing before the 2016 Summer Olympics!
This problem is so serious that according to John Griffith, a marine biologist from the Southern California Coastal Water Research Project who reviewed the AP's findings states:
"It's all the water from the toilets and the showers and whatever people put down their sinks, all mixed up, and it's going out into the beach waters. Those kinds of things would be shut down immediately if found here," he said, referring to the U.S.
Please ask The International Olympic Committee (IOC) to order testing of all of Rio’s water venues before the 2016 Summer Olympics!

The 2016 Summer Olympic athletes scheduled to compete in water sport venues are facing serious health consequences simply by entering Rio's waterways.
Recent studies have confirmed the waterways are full of dangerous waste containing everything from viruses, garbage and even human feces!
We (the undersigned) respectfully ask the IOC to protect the athletes from this disease ridden environment by ordering tests of all water venues.
In addition to protecting the integrity of the Olympic Games, you also have the opportunity to raise awareness of a serious environmental hazard.
