WE DEMAND A SECURITY GUARD FOR OUR BUILDING

There continues to be homeless people entering our parking garage and vandalizing tenants cars, and items in parking spots. This is very unsafe for us as tenants to come home to. They are usually in the garage in the evening hours, and early morning. They are also clearly on drugs because they seem like they have no idea what they are doing. Some instances they have been aggressive. We need a security guard on the premises from 5pm-8am at least. The security guard will keep us safe as tenants and our property.
