Motion to request suspension of execution of the sentence

Sever medical problems which included congestive heart failure, copd, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, gout, defibillator implant, heart transplant needed.  Inmate was on a good medicine regime and was about to begin process with University of Kentucky Heart Transplant Clinic in order to obtain a new heart.
