STOP ANIMAL MURDERER Millicent Anne Paul EVER keeping animals

Millicent Anne Paul is a convicted animal murder and has tortured and murdered over 30 cats and dogs at her house in Kuala Lumper

She is a monster and must not be allowed to continue killing. These naimals died slow and horrific deaths in absolute squalor.

Puspa Rani and MIAR are trying desperately to help these animals and stop her but Malaysian law does not protect animals-
