Reinstate the Fire Department personnel
Three Farmington Fire Department employees were terminated after posting on social media WHILE OFF DUTY !
We ask these men and women to run into a burning building on our behalf and we fire them for this ? Do they not have the same freedoms as the rest of the population ?
Does Farmington's "Social Media Policy " break RSA 98 E I believe it does.
Dear Selectboard,
We the undersigned believe strongly that these employees were wrongfully terminated. Their freedoms guaranteed under the US Constitution and NH RSA 98 E have been violated by the boards action. Please reconsider your recent action .

Good Morning,
Sorry this update is so late in coming. The petitions have been given to the selectmen . We are awaiting their response. In the meantime the employees are continuing with the appeals process. We appreciate your support .
