Save Harrow Children's Centre threatened by current budget cuts

The Children's Centres provide invaluable services for children and families in the borough - including play sessions, family learning groups, midwifery services, adult education courses, behaviour management, health, exercise and nutrition services, health visitors, weighing and weaning services, speech therapy. The proposals from the council are to cut the Children's Centres from 16 to 1!
