Petition to file official complaint with St Lucie County to condemn apartment building due to uninhabitable living conditions.
Building has numerous holes in roof that have never been repaired
Faulty septic system that must be pumped continuously
Exposed electrical wiring
Garbage and dumped furniture all over property
Building is an eye sore to the rest of the community and our property values.
