Let's keep Forrest Brook Addition safe and protect our home value

We as your neighbors would like to have all home owners in the Forrest Brook addition sign to remove a renter from 305 Evie place. This home has had recurrent police activity over the past 6 months. The visits from the police have been for domestic disturbance in the front yard in the middle of the day, to the most recent on August 8, 2015, where arrest were made and illegal drugs were found namely, Meth, Heroin, and Marijuana. Over the past 6 months the home has had numerous cars coming and going all hours of the day and night. This is what initially alerted the surrounding neighbors. All of the surrounding neighbors are keeping in close communication with the local police and DEA office. They assure us they are keeping the occupants of that home under close surveillance. We are asking the home owner Mr. Phillip Macintosh to please remove this tenant from our neighborhood. A few of the neighbors have been approached by the occupants and have felt threatened. One neighbor being a mother out for a walk with her child. We want and deserve to feel safe in our neighborhood.
