Maximum punishment for thugs that brutally killed and choked innocent Herbie!

This innocent Yorkshire terrier cross dubbed 'Herbie' was found deceased and covered in blood with a shattered muzzle in the back of his Lemington Newcastle home after the attack was carried out by thugs at a teen's 18th birthday party. RSPCA reports that the poor pup's jaw was brutally dislocated/shattered and was then choked. Inspector Jaqui Miller said it was the most ruthless, cold blooded case of animal cruelty he's ever encountered in his entire 10 year career. Unfortunately, the perpetrator is still at large, so please help us pressure the police to penalize the suspect to the fullest extent of the law.
