Save Team Goewey Rot Rescue

I can't begin to tell you how devastated I truly am. For 15 years David & I have been rescuing Rottweilers that had been starved, beaten, locked away from the world & ones that knew not even a glimpse of what love was. We've taken all of our time & all of our paychecks, credit cards & buried ourselves in debt to give all of these animals the TLC they deserve. Some have gone to wonderful homes & some have continued to stay with us as our children. Now, I am sick & I can't work right now. David is trying just to swing our bills, never mind the 9 dogs we are trying to care for. We can't do it! We have 7 dogs that need to be seen by the vet, 2 were taken thanks to a wonderful gracious woman who donated a very gracious amount of $ to get them there. However; we are still $4,000 & more away from what we need to get these guys to healthy & then finally getting vaccinated after their immune systems are no longer compromised. I was told yesterday that I am on the edge of getting huge fines & my license being pulled because I can't provide rabies certificates & can't pay to renew the yearly license fee. All I have done is cried, begged & pleaded for help. Something we've never done. We aren't asking people for a million dollars "even though that would create one awesome rescue kennel" but just a few $ from everyone. If I don't have answers for the dog warden & the town by this week, we are going to be fined a lot of $, our kennel will be shut down & possibly will loose the dogs we have! I'm BEGGING YOU FOR YOUR HELP. I am praying every day before I even look at the fundraiser that ppl have opened their hearts, but every morning, not one donation, not even a comment, which hurts bad! We've been asked so many times through the years to take in dogs because the owner couldn't take care of them & we never even blinked, we took them in, we've taken in so many & again never blinked an eye. Please, help us. I can't sit back & loose everything we've worked so hard to do. I know you all have hearts & I know you watch the horrible commercials from the humane society, they're real. We take these kinds in & change their lives. Please help us to keep going. We need you as some of you have needed us or may someday need help. It's a lot of $ just in vet costs, not to mention having to build more kennels! My hands are tied & my heart is shattering. I look into my babies eyes every single day & all I can do is hug & kiss them & tell them we're trying guys, we're trying. I never thought we would be in this position but we are, we are buried in credit card debt, trust me if our credit cards weren't maxed, they'd be used for everything we need. My heart is in pieces & I'm pleading for your help. As of 06/20/14 all our dogs have got their rabies, but the town has decided to not allow the kennel renewal.
