Get Kmart To Clean Up Pineville, NC Store from Hx of Sex/Drug-Related Activities

I have evidence via confessions and electronic communications that proves there is a history and a pattern of sex and drug-related activity, taking place at the Kmart store in Pineville, NC, involving money. There is a black male Kmart supervisor, who is still working and may have since been promoted to an assistant store manager, at the Kmart store in Pineville, NC, who has a history and a pattern of engaging in sexually explicit communications with many different men while he is working on the job through text messaging via his personal cell phone, What's App, KIK, through Skyping, sexually explicit picture sharing, and through various social media sites (Jackd and Grindr), that are designed to allow men to hook up for sex, whereby, he invites these men over to the store to "see him." Money has been mentioned to be exchanged for sex in some of these communications. Drugs have been mentioned in some of these communications. There is evidence that he recommends men for hire whom he knows does drugs. There is evidence whereby he encouraged one gentlemen to stop taking drugs for sake of passing a drug test and to continue taking drugs after he is hired on, after this gentlemen inquired about a job. There was another individual, who worked at Kmart, who asked this Kmart associate to urinate into a cup for him for sake of passing a drug test. This serves to question this employees professional and ethical judgement and ability to hold a position as a supervisor or manager. I have asked Corporate to, therefore, conduct a random drug test on this male Kmart associate along with all other kmart associates.  There is evidence that he was sexually involved with this same man whom he recommended for hire, who has worked at that Kmart store, which should be a conflict of interest, given his position of authority at the store, and that money was involved in this as well. Another gentleman confessed, via facebook Messenger, that he has engaged in sex with this Kmart employee in the back bathroom of the Kmart store and in his car in the Kmart parking lot while this Kmart associate was working. Yet, another gentleman confessed that, on or around, September 2014, on his 22nd birthday, he exposed himself to this male supervisor in the Kmart bathroom in exchange for money for his birthday. There is evidence of this same gentlemen offering sexual services to this Kmart employee, at other times, in exchange for gifts. There is indirect evidence that this male Kmart supervisor has engaged in oral sex with another male individual, either in the store or on store property, on or around July 7th of 2015, at a time when this Kmart associate was scheduled to work. This gentlemen is well known in the store by other Kmart associates has been known to frequent the store looking for this male Kmart supervisor. There is evidence that this male Kmart Associate uses his personal cell phone to conduct "Kmart Business," whereby, a male associate called looking to speak with this supervisor to "call out of work." The proper procedure would be to contact the Kmart Store directly and either leave a message for or ask to be transferred to the supervisor on shift when calling out. That is suspicious given the case against this male supervisor. I have evidence that this Kmart Associate attempts to use the Western Union machine in the Kmart Pineville store in an attempt to give money to some of these men for the purpose of paying there bills and there leisurely expenses (shopping). One black female Kmart associate who may still work at the jewelry counter has informed me that she has noticed random men coming into the store looking for this male Kmart Associate for money and for favors. There is evidence that shows these random men are strictly involved with this male Kmart associate for the purpose of sex in exchange for money and favors. There is also evidence of this Kmart associate paying individuals for sex outside of the store and buying drugs for individuals outside of the store, which only further supports and reinforces my evidence of his behavior inside the store. After presenting the store manager with the evidence and attempting to follow up via a phone call to the store, she hung up the phone on me. This was after contacting her only one time with this information. I consider that unprofessional, an act of retaliation, and a covering up on her part. After posting a review on Kmart Pineville's Facebook page, I received harassing and retaliatory comments from individuals under false screen names whom I believe were Kmart employees. Furthermore, after posting a review on the Pineville Kmart facebook page, the facilitator of the page initially requested that my evidence be private messaged, only to then inform me not to send the remainder of my evidence. If you are a corporation wanting to do a thorough investigation, wouldn't you want to see all of the evidence?  In additon, never did a store manager, a district manager, or a regional manager ever contact me regarding my allegations and my evidence, even after they were contacted by Corporate about this on at least two separate occasions. A Corporate investigation was opened and closed concerning this matter and this Kmart Associate is still working and may have since been promoted to an Assistant Store Manager. He was in the process of being promoted at the time of the investigation. I feel that that is rewarding bad behavior, that borders criminal, and only gives this individual, given his history, more power and opportunity to continue such behaviors which puts his fellow Kmart employees and customers at risk and further places liability on the Kmart store, especially when he is allowed to continue using his personal cell phone at work, which he used to conduct these activities in the first place. The community of Pineville, including, Kmart customers have a right to be made aware of the activity taking place at the Pineville Kmart store because it resides in there community. They have a right to decide whether or not they want a store, that allows employee(s) who have engaged in this type of behavior to continue working, to operate as a business within there own community. By allowing this Kmart associate, along with any other Kmart associate, who is involved either actively, or in knowing and not coming forward, to continue working, let alone possibly giving them a promotion, you are placing your fellow employees and customers at risk because an employee, a customer, or there child could walk into the bathroom of that Kmart Store and walk upon that Kmart associate engaging in sex with another individual at some point in the present or future. Also, at some point in the present or future, a random individual may walk into the store seeking this Kmart Associate out for sex bringing into the store drugs and who knows what else putting the public's safety at risk. This is plausable, given the fact that many of these gentlemen have been known to do drugs. Additionally, this type of unprofessional behavior by this Kmart employee has to affect the workplace environment, which in turn, has to affect employee performance, which in turn affects their product and their service, and therefore, affects there customers. We would like to see any and all guilty employee(s) involved, based on the evidence already provided, to be terminated effective immediately for the sake of hiring on new and more professional staff. We would like  the gentlemen, who have been identified to have engaged in such activities with this black male Kmart supervisor to be banned from the Kmart store. We would like to see Kmart store policies changed as it pertains to the use of personal cell phones to conduct Kmart business, and finally, as it pertains to allowing Kmart employees, who are under investigation, the option to continue working. We feel that brand new policies should be enacted, effective immediately, which state that no personal cell phones are to be used to conduct work-related business, on or off the job, and that Kmart employees who are under investigation should be suspended without pay during the investigation and terminated based upon the validity of the physical evidence that is handed over, once it is proven. In no way, should a Kmart store allow a Kmart associate, who already has evidence against them,  the opportunity to be "physically caught in the act" because that is only giving that associate the opportunity to recommit their infraction, thus putting the store and others at risk. Also, cameras should be installed just outside the bathrooms to monitor individuals who go in and out, and throughout the store where customer shop, and in the back receiving area, and in the offices at the back of the store to cover all grounds and to prevent activity like this from happening in the future.  If Kmart won't "clean up" their store on behalf of the community and it's customers then the community should put pressure on them to do so. This could be the first step in getting tougher workplace laws put in place , across the board, that keep businesses free from this type of unprofessional activity. Lastly, I was wrongfully banned from "Kmart" for bringing these activities to light to the appropriate authorities. I feel that is disrimination and an attempt on Kmart's part to quiet me and prevent me from furthering my campaign against them. I am seeking reinstatement as a final measure. Therefore, this petition also has to do with corporate accountability. Please sign this Petition so that we can send it to the President of Kmart and Sears and to our state and local representatives, so that Kmart Corporate can take, what we feel is, the appropriate action in this case.

Sears and Kmart are CLOSING 50 STORES. Let's hope the Pineville, NC store is one of them d/t a history of employee(s) engaging in sex/drug related activities and Kmart not taking the appropriate measures to punish those involved and to put protective measures in place to prevent this type of activity from reoccurring on behalf of it's customers and the community. Don't forget to inform others of this petition and pass it along to get Kmart to clean up it's store in Pineville, NC.

There was a gentleman back in the summer of last year who contacted this male Kmart supervisor via Grindr and offered to pay him money for sex and visit him, the same day, at the Kmart store in Pineville. I received an email from this gentleman who asked me to call him via his personal cell phone number and he admitted to me that he and this male Kmart supervisor have history together and that he is familiar with Kmart. I have given this information over to the Pineville Police Department.

I want to make, absolutely clear, that this petition has just as much to due with the work environment at that Kmart store than it does with any of its employees. Even if all guilty parties are terminated, actions should still be taken to implement or reinforce tougher workplace policies and/or laws and the installation of cameras throughout the store to prevent these activities from taking place at the hands of current or future employees.
