Give These Animals a Home, Now!

from poipu to wiemmea the condos do not allow animals to stay unless already grand fathered in. with so many animals being in at the Kauai Humane Society they are either being put down or shipped off island to other states in the U.S. I would like to start a petition in order to allow this ban on animals to be lifted in hopes that it will save the lives of countless animals and also control the number of stray animals that inhabit our beautiful home.
