make solar panels mandatory for all roof tops!

As you know our current power grid depends heavily on coal and nuclear energy! Which is at the center of our various health problems in our modern society! From asthma and other lung diseases! To birth defects and cancers caused by the radiation poisoning! And much more! Implementation of new safer and more sustainable solar and wind energy has proven far too slow! Which is ironic given that wind has been used to power grain mills and large scale water pumps for agriculture in Holland for centuries! That being why we call them windmills! They are wind powered mechanized grain mills! And some ancient peoples harnessed sun light to light fires and cook food! Archimedes even harnessed this solar energy to create a kind of magnified laser weapon; to destroy whole fleets of enemy ships! Again centuries ago!
Aside from the health and sustainability issues! There are also the national security issues! As we all saw at fukushima! And others! Any thing goes wrong at a nuclear power plant! Either because of some natural disaster in the area! Or dare I say it; in this world of terror groups we now live in! Someone deliberately hacks the power plant's net work and remote triggers a meltdown! Or worse a full on reacter explosion! An area the size of Texas could just go up in a mushroom cloud and be left glowing in the dark for millennia!
If the power companies won't implement our newer cleaner wind and solar power on their own; as a matter of business innovation! Then we the people will just have to make them do it a matter of court ordered legal mandate!
