Prolonging the opening hours of Omagh Library for the use of young adults in the community.

Some of you that are reading this may use the library on a regular basis, some occasionally and some not at all. Those that do go to the library will be in knowledge that the opening times have been cut and that young adults, some only 11 have no option but to wait outside in various weather conditions until transport is available. If you are interested in prolonging the hours of Omagh library as a place for young people, like yourself, to study in a safe environment, read whilst waiting for your bus, a parent/guardian or use the internet if you live in an area where the connection can be a bit dodgy, sign this petition! If you have no interest in the wide range of support the library offers, sign for those that do make use of the library and find it a vital resource in sustaining their education. Lets make sure that the shortening of opening times remains as only a temporary scheme to induce budget cuts in our local area.
