Move Michelle 1 foot into Missouri so she gets In-State for Law School!

Michelle Woods, an outstanding, beautiful, kind, smart, wild, young woman, is going to be making her venture into the world of Law School in the coming 2 years. However, she lives quite close to the border of Missouri. In order to receive in-state tuition, she must have an address inside the state. This petition is to convince her mother to move into Missouri. Whether that be a new house, or picking up the house on a truck and moving it just 1 ft over the border. We just want whats best.
