Many people from around the world grew familiar with the notorious 'Puppy Doe' case; a case that shocked the entire world about a young female dog found in the middle of Carrolls Lane the morning of August 31, 2013 in Quincy, Massachusetts. Her exhausted emaciated body had been stabbed, burned, joints 'drawn' mid-evil style out of her sockets and beaten so badly over a course of 81 days that she had to be euthanized. On October 27, 2013, Radoslaw Czerkowski was arrested on both larceny and animal cruelty charges. He has been incarcerated since, awaiting trial on the animal cruelty and larceny charges for the 94 yr. old elderly woman Mrs. Stock, that he provided care for as a live in personal care assistant. He has been charged with stealing over $130,000 from her. Today, November 12, 2014, it was learned that Radoslaw Czerkowski has changed his plea from not guilty to guilty on the animal cruelty charges and will be presented at his next scheduled court appearance on November 25, 2014 at the Norfolk Superior Courthouse in Dedham, Massachusetts at 2pm. Due to the horrific nature of this crime, we ask that he be not allowed a plea deal and given the maximum sentence allowed here in the state of Massachusetts. Mr. Czerkowski is an extremely dangerous sociopathic monster and needs to be locked up and kept off the streets for as long as possible. Although the larceny charges are surely a terrible crime in itself, the animal cruelty charges are much more serious with statistics clearly showing that over 90% of rapists & serial killers begin with torturing animals. Even 71% of abusers with lesser charges begin with abusing animals. The people of Massachusetts (& all around the world) want him to receive the maximum jail time penalty allowed, to keep one less dangerous individual off of the streets. The state of Massachusetts has been a catalyst for change on animal cruelty laws since the Puppy Doe case. The House of Representatives and Senate passed the PAWS Act, which went into effect on August 20, 2014, after Governor Deval Patrick signed the law into place. Radoslaw Czerkowski committed very serious FELONIES and he needs to be charged and convicted to the fullest extent of the law. As a constituent of Massachusetts, I ask that this state continue to lead the way in the animal welfare movement. We need to continue working together to show that animal cruelty is a serious felony crime with great consequence. If we keep giving "slaps on the wrists" as punishment, what does that say to the abusers?  We need to be assured that the tireless efforts of law enforcement officials, animal welfare organizations and the community were not wasted. Puppy Doe deserves justice to the fullest, as all innocent and voiceless beings do. Let's move forward in our pursuit in justice and see that her abuser gets the maximum penalty for his henious crimes.

PLEASE JOIN US FOR OUR PEACEFUL PROTEST OUTSIDE THE DEDHAM SUPERIOR COURTHOUSE @ 650 HIGH STREET ON NOVEMBER 25TH FROM 12-3PM (PROTEST WILL BE FROM 12-1:40PM OR WHOEVER WANTS TO REMAIN OUTSIDE WHILE OTHERS ARE INSIDE).

WE NEED MASS NUMBERS AT ALL COURT DATES! PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO THE COURT, MEANING NO OUTBURSTS!  THANK YOU!

The Honorable Judge Kenneth J. Fishman

Norfolk Superior Court Department

650 High Street

Dedham, MA 02026

Dear Judge Fishman,

The people of Massachusetts (& all across the nation) have recently learned that Mr. Radoslaw Czerkowski (Commonwealth v. Czerkawski Dockets No. 2013-1094 & 2014-117); the individual known as the abuser of the notorious 'Puppy Doe' case has changed his plea from not guilty to guilty on the animal cruelty charges and will be heard on the next court date of November 25, 2014.

Due to the horrific nature of this crime, we ask that he be not allowed a plea deal nor should he be deported back to Poland, only to be a free man, start a new life by putting this crime behind him and put others in harms way.  He committed the crimes here in the states, therefore this is where he should serve his time.  Given the advanced nature and skill of the crime, it's fair to assume this may not have been his first time committing such a henious act. We strongly implore our states judicial system to grant the maximum sentence allowed here in Massachusetts.

Mr. Czerkowski is an extremely dangerous individual and needs to be locked up and isolated away from the general public for as long as possible. Although the larceny charges are surely a terrible & unfortunate crime in itself, the animal cruelty charges are much more serious in that a tortured innocent life was lost after being put in the hands of pure evil.

Statistics clearly show that over 90% of rapists & serial killers begin with torturing animals. Even 71% of abusers with lesser charges begin with abusing animals. The people of Massachusetts (& all around the world) want him to receive the maximum jail time penalty allowed, keeping one less dangerous individual off of the streets.

The state of Massachusetts has been a catalyst for change on animal cruelty laws since the Puppy Doe case. Our once outdated animal cruelty laws were quoted by Beacon Hill lawmakers as change being "long overdue" and some of the "most lienient in the nation" until new laws went into affect on August 20, 2014, after Governor Deval Patrick signed the Paws Act into place.

Radoslaw Czerkowski committed exceedingly savage FELONIES and he needs to be charged and convicted to the fullest extent. As a constituent of Massachusetts, I ask that this state continue to lead the way in the animal welfare movement. We need to continue working together to show that animal cruelty is a serious felony crime.

If we keep giving "slaps on the wrists" as punishment, what does that say to the abusers? How many more innocent lives will be lost that could have been prevented, simply by harsher punishments? We need to be assured that the tireless efforts of law enforcement officials, animal welfare organizations and the community were not wasted. Puppy Doe deserves justice to the fullest, as all innocent and voiceless beings do. Let's move forward in our pursuit in justice and see that her abuser gets the maximum penalty for his crimes.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

I'd like to thank ea. of you in support of this petition to keep PD's abuser behind bars, but the bigger picture being the vanquishing of animal abuse all across the nation & keeping these abusers behind bars for as long as allowable by law. If individual state animal welfare laws need strengthening, then we need to cont. banding together by demanding change from our Legislators until it gets done!
