By Law you should be given the day off work for a loved ones funeral.

Due to a personal experience and the upset which it has caused in an already difficult enough time, I feel that it should be made the law that employers have to give you the day off for a loved ones funeral. A lot of employers are understanding, however some employers do not authorise a funeral day which then causes further problems on top of the grief you are already dealing with. This should be the Law there's no other question about it. PLEASE sign!!
