Bruce, please send an email to the Virginia State Board of Elections demanding an investigation into the Republican voter registration supervisor who has been arrested and charged with 13 counts of voter registration fraud. Click here to send an email.

Last week, Colin Small was arrested and charged with voter registration fraud after he was observed throwing voter registration forms in a trash bin behind a store in Harrisonburg, Virginia. At the time, Small was a paid voter registration supervisor employed by a company contracted by the Republican Party of Virginia to register voters.

Virginia Democrats, led by state Sen. Donald McEachin, asked Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli to investigate the incident and determine if Small’s actions were part of more widespread voter suppression efforts. Unfortunately, Cuccinelli's office said it would only look into the incident if there was a request to do so from the Virginia State Board of Elections, and the Republican-controlled Virginia State Board of Elections has refused to make such a request.

This is unacceptable. Let's keep up the public pressure until we compel these public servants to request an investigation.

Please send an email to the Virginia State Board of Elections, asking them to call on the Virginia attorney general to investigate Republican contractor Colin Small.

Keep fighting,
