Elder Abuse

If one was to have to live in a shelter, and they cannot eat the food their should be some accomodation to their diet. Their should be strick observation of the health rules in the facility, like keeping the showers and bathrooms clean. The Department of Homeless Services is not living up to their Mission Statement,and they are receiving a $3500 per month, where is the money going ? With an extra $1,ooo.oo if you are disabled.
