Demanding proper prepares on ALL units

Issues: High percentage of units that have a electrical wiring issue causing energy bills to be close or equal the amount of their rent. Incorrect repairs which is causing a safety and health hazard. Open holes in walls that allows dust and mold to spread around the house. Sewer build up new the units that just sit there until due time.
