Petition to have vicious dogs removed from neighborhood

These dogs are vicious and have attacked a person as well as other dogs. They are dangerous to the community, the elderly, children and other animals.

People are afraid to walk near the dogs owner place of resident do to the fact that the dogs have been seen outside without a leash and a few times they have come out of the house to attack other dogs.
