WHY we have this kind of bottle mountains? MAKE A LAW about the plastic bottles!

I have seen plastic bottles about everywhere. I have also seen in another country when there was built a new house and the shredded bagful plastic bottles which was intention to put as insulating material between the walls. The best recycling ever.

Now we need only much names on the petition and we can send it to the targets. I wish you agree with me about the plastic mountains -> into insulating material. So if you agree, sign this.
