Petition to keep ASM Manager, Michael Fore from Transferring to another store

We feel that he is a great manager not only does he treat us well as employees he also has the personality that we as employees greatly appreciate. We have such productive days doing our jobs and have a pleasant environment as we work. There is no other manager that fits the criteria not saying other managers are not as good but Mr. Fore is one of the best. He doesn't treat us as employees but as family and keeps our well being in mind. He is a major reason why your store is so successful. He is the heartbeat to the store.
