Help Somalia and other Non Developed Countries more civilized Now!

It is important to help these countries to be more civilised and change the way they do things. Because right now in Somalia people are stealing for their own survival and there are no rules in that country. So we can all change Somalia and non developed countries to a more developed country with laws, civilised people and supplies of food to all the people
