Urge Congress to Raise the National Minimum Wage to $15!

South Jersey Congressman Donald Norcross recently announced plans to introduce a bill to incrementally increase the minimum wage to $15 by 2023.

Norcross' bill would raise the minimum wage proportionally to inflation. For the past seven years, the federal minimum wage has remained stagnant at $7.25 per hour, while the cost of living has steadily increased. The bill would also offer tax breaks for small businesses that pay more than the minimum wage.

Norcross' plan offers a realistic solution to offer low-wage owners a chance to rise above poverty, while helping small businesses succeed. Please sign the petition and urge Congress to raise the national minimum wage to $15!
Dear decision maker:

I am writing to support South Jersey Congressman Donald Norcross' proposed bill to incrementally increase the minimum wage to $15 by 2023.

For the past seven years, the federal minimum wage has remained stagnant at $7.25 per hour, while the cost of living has steadily increased. Norcross' bill would raise the minimum wage proportionally to inflation and offer tax breaks for small businesses that pay more than the minimum wage.

This plan offers a realistic solution to offer low-wage owners a chance to rise above poverty, while helping small businesses succeed. I respectfully urge you to vote in favor of raising the national minimum wage to $15 by 2023.
