Dogs have become their owners' toys.  Like little kids, they take them everywhere and anywhere. There are people who think this is not clean. This is not hygenic to put dogs in the cart of the stores especially the grocery stores. By doing so, the least dog owners do is to make others uncomfortable. Who is more important ? your dog and that you don't want to leave them at home or other human beings.
