Grand View Blvd has been a quiet, family neighborhood for over 50 years. We cherish and want to preserve this.

The above events constitute a conscious decision by the owner of 3407 to generate a revenue stream from his R1 property. The private parties, in particular are a violation of L.A.M.C. Sec 12.08.

The events are noisy and disruptive, and constitute a serious traffic and sometimes a fire hazard when cooking occurs in the truck parked on a congested street. Grand View is used as an alternative to congested Centinela during the morning and early afternoon rush hours. During those hours residents on the west side of the street cannot safely either back their cars or drive directly out of their driveways. Let's not wait for a fatal accident to occur before action is taken! The commercial activities on our residential street are transforming our street into a sound stage. It is not being a member of our community, but rather, using our community for personal gain.
