How could Farra do Boi ever be called a festival?
It is unimaginable cruelty that defies all description, since according to some estimates as the featured picture reflects that the ox having had its legs hacked off and its chest slit open?
But why? What insanity is this? It is far much more than torture since what anguish, pain and suffering the oxen have to go through is beyond description or the remotest imagination.
But why and really why, why do some human beings ever indulge in such heinous crimes even despite this most cruelest of practices having been banned please? why please? Don't they have a conscience? Are they not human beings?
Who will be able to prevent this from repeatedly recurring please? Please help reach across to those who have the authority and power to ensure that this is completely banned and strictly prevented please, please kindly help please, it is extremely sad that the innocent oxen have to go through all of this so that those chasing and persecuting the oxen can enjoy?
Is this enjoyment? How come? It is barbaric cruelty and the most deplorable crime to make animals suffer and to torture them and make them painfully suffer and struggle even in their last moments, why please, why, why is this ever happening please??????
