Many things do not know to the public, as people do not have minimum knowledge on that, e.g. HUF as per Hindu Undivided Family: The Supreme Court opined that it is a settled principle of Hindu law that there lies a legal presumption that every Hindu family is joint in food, worship and estate and in the absence of any proof of division, such legal presumption continues to operate in the family.
This is not current living style of the people, now every one is individual earner, no one lives in same house or same source of income, even though it is open to other siblings to threat weapon, many victims are there, losing money for nothing.
I am victim due to HUF law even though practically all my earnings are individual. and i am an NRI first day job onwards since 1996 i never worked in india and stayed in India other than visiting for holidays, still how one can claim i am in joint family and all my properties how one can claim a share on that. all due to lack of awareness and education system basic law should be included.
Educate the next generations by inducing Law basics and Ethics from Secondary studies to develop awareness of Basic Law of the Country to protect themselves from cheating/unethical acts, absence of this causing more cases in the country, people are not clear under this.
