Approve a constitutional amendment to affirm a woman's right to choose.

The death of Associate Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg has opened the liklihood that decades of Supreme Court decisions allowing women to choose whether or not to terminate a pregnancy are in danger of being overturned by a Trump appointed pro-life conservative. In short, the legal ground is starting to tremble portending a major legal/ political earthquake. The only sure way to remove that possibility is to make a woman's right to choose enshrined in a constitutional amendment and I suggest the following language:

"The right to an abortion shall not be denied and the decision to choose whether or not to have such a procedure shall rest solely in the pregnant woman. This right shall be absolute until a fetus achieves viability and can survive outside of the womb."
