Powder Puff Petition

We feel very strongly as a community that we NEED Powder Puff football at Davis High School once again for the following reasons: It brings the girls of the school together in fun, wholesome recreational liveliness; Girls need the reassurance that they are strong enough and tough enough to be included in the same activities the men of the community get to participate in (AKA womens rights). We want to honor the strong women who have come before us specifically Rosa Parks and Harriet Tubman; although there have been minor injuries in the past, there have also been serious injuries on the school stairs. Prime example Kimble Spillman. Life's a battlefield and we want to fight it. We are ready. We are strong. We will work together. We will put our heads together (don't worry, not literally). Put us in coach? GO DARTS!!!!
