St. Louis Avenue we tenets made multiple complaints to the city we just recently found out that your guys are operating without a business city license which makes all business that is done from the past unlawful We also made many complaints homeless people Living in unit downstairs and upstairs putting the tenants in danger of possible fires we have not had laundry for months because the homeless people damage the laundry room broke windows and glass there’s tennis without AC there’s bad plumbing and expensive to live here without having security license to patrol let this be served as a notice by all tenets we are requesting for our money to be returned back to us so we can find a safe place to live we all withholding a rent starting this month of April until there’s a license on file to to do business at 529 East St. Louis We will also like to know if the building going to be sold
