What if there was "Freedom and Fairness of speech"?

Freedom of speech. The First amendment and the right to express any opinions without censorship or restraint. Meaning everyone has a right on what they should say. But it isn't helping for everyone. It's mostly favoring the wealthy and powerful. The opinions and business dealings of corporate bosses and industry leaders are always in our face. And the reports on their behavior, good and bad, of high profile and very well paid sportsmen. The wealthy power elite have access to all the speech they want, while the rest of us – the disempowered – are silenced. It's practically connected to hate speech.

People who have been victims of other people's free speech: hate speech, racial or religious vilification, physical, sexual and emotional violence. All victims of other people's "free speech" and have a diminished quality of life. Take porn for example. It's not just naughty pictures or movies. It's alarmingly violent towards our communite, pressuring, expecting and demanding anal sex. This is a direct result of other people immersing themselves in pornography. A pornographer named Max Hardcore quoted this sexist remake about women. "Women are much more understanding and aware of their true purpose in life than ever before. That purpose, of course, is to be receptacles of love; in other words, sex dolls." This is free speech for a few and silence for many. Which brings me to fair speech.

Fair speech is like free speech, but in a more positive way. It allows people to not only speak but have a chance to be heard, even when other don't agree with us. It protects all from speech that is hateful and harmful and affirms that in speaking freely we have a responsibility to our larger community. Meaning companies that are indangering communities can't cover up their acts, hate speech, porn will no longer infect the minds of youth, selling out vocies would be banned, and human dignity, equality, the freedom of both sexes, race, religion, and class should be honored and protected. So, do you think fairness of speech should have a role in the Declaration of Independence?
