We firmly believe that humanity reach a level when life and prosperity of each nation lies on the shoulders of whole mankind. However in last few years we were witnesses of multiple military confrontations between various states. We also believe that in modern world war should not be the option to pursuit selfish interests of one nation against other. Of course we still need military forces to secure our self from terrorist threat, as well as hostile expansionistic states. But the problem is that often government prefers to use said forces for their own profit or for a profit of limited number of people. Success of those actions results in war, and we can see that United Nations sometimes fail to prevent this.
To resolve this problem we suggest extending rights and abilities of United Nations Security Council. To be more specific we believe that UNSC must be the only one user of military on Earth. National Armies of each countries-members of UN must be disband and replace with military forces fully under control of UNSC. UNSC must include every country-member of United Nations to prevent abuse of power by limited number of states. Also funding of military must be equally distributed between members of reformed UNSC to prevent influence on said military. Every decision of using military power must be taken only by United Nations Security Council and no one else.
We believe that by these measures we can assure that states and governments will no longer abuse military power for their own selfish narrow-minded interests, but our security will still be provided.
