Mandatory 5 year imprisonment for paedophiles

Petition for the change in the law for convicted paedophiles to receive a mandatory 5 year sentence if convicted of paedophilic offenses. Children are often killed, commit suicide, or physically and psychologically abused for life.
Nspcc monitored 1000 registered paedophiles 941 re offended.
Paedophile rings in Rotherham, Telford and Westminster indicate that the problem is worsening. If a paedophile confesses they could receive anonymity if it secures convictions within paedophilic rings as the police do with drug offences.
