Justice for Kali

On September 30, 2010, Tim Gresser caused the death of our 18 month old daughter Kali. He was arrested for murder and child endangerment. He waived his right to a speedy trial and was granted a lesser bond ammount. He was released on bond in December of 2010. The trial was scheduled and rescheduled as he kept changing his story as to what happened.
In April of 2011 we finally had the trial, 4 days of it. The medical examiner, all the doctor's testimonials, the pictures, his video questionings everything. He sat unmoved, no emotions. The pictures the coroner showed he sat still. He was sentenced to 10 years for involuntary manslaughter with the eligibility for parole after 5 years if he told what actually happened that fateful day.
It's been 5 years and I recently got the call saying he had asked for early release and the judge granted a hearing set for July. As of Thursday July 14th he had not fulfilled his requirements.
My goal is to get the judge to not Grant the early release to have him serve his full sentence.
He took a life and should at least serve the full 10 years. She would be 7 now, and should be here to experience her life. She deserves some justice.

Update #17 years ago
Thank you for all your support for justice for Kali today was the scheduled hearing date but it was denied. The judge told Tim if he accepted responsibility for his actions and told the truth he would consider release but that didn't happen.
He can keep requesting to be released but I doubt he will ever have it granted.
Kali will get her justice.
